How It Works
Create a Template
- Open any video’s Settingspage.
- Click the “…” menu.
- Select Save as Template.
- Add a name and description, then save.
Apply a Template (Single Video)
- Open a video’s Settings.
- Click “…” → Load Settings.
- Select your template.
- The player updates instantly.
Apply a Template (Multiple Videos)
- Go to My Vids.
- Select multiple videos or a folder.
- Click Apply Template.
- Choose your template.
- Decide to:
- Republish immediately, or
- Save as draft and publish later

Notes
- Only users with Edit Video permissionscan create, update, or apply templates
- Templates are account-specific(not shared across accounts)
- Applying a template will overwrite matching player settingson the selected videos
- Updating a template does not automatically update previously applied videos(must be reapplied)
- Bulk updates on very large sets (100+ videos) may take a few moments to process
- Locked or deleted videos will not update and may return an error
