How to Use It
  1. Open your video and go to
    Vid Settings → Style → Player Theme
    .
  2. Choose your preferred theme:
    Classic
    or
    Sleek
    .

  1. Adjust:
    Corner Radius
    (to control overlay roundness) and
    Opacity
    (to fine-tune overlay visibility).
  2. Preview your changes directly in the player.
  3. Click
    Publish
    to apply the theme to your live video.

Folder Access Permissions
We’ve launched the new
Folder Access
feature — giving Premium and Enterprise users powerful control over who can view and manage specific video folders.
This update is designed for teams that manage multiple brands, departments, or clients and need
stricter content separation
,
internal privacy protections
, and
more precise access control
across their Vidalytics account.
All existing folders remain fully accessible by default. Restrictions only apply when an account owner or admin chooses to configure them.
No migration or cleanup is required.

What’s New
Folder-Level Permissions
  • Assign or remove access to individual folders for each team member.
  • Restrict visibility to only the folders that person needs.
Sidebar Access Management
  • A new folder-permissions sidebar makes it easy to toggle access on or off for any folder in the account.
Copy Permissions
  • Accelerate onboarding by copying folder permissions from an existing user with one click.
Backward Compatible
  • No restrictions are applied unless manually configured.
  • All users retain current access behavior until changes are made.

How to Use It
  1. Go to
    Account Settings → User Management
    .
  2. Select any team member (other than the primary account owner).
  3. In the right-hand sidebar, choose which folders they should have access to.

  1. Optionally, click
    Copy Permissions
    to clone a different user’s folder access configuration.
  2. Click
    Save
    — a confirmation snackbar will appear.
  3. The user’s folder access updates
    immediately
    .
