Update your video content without starting over — replace the source file and everything stays intact: your embed code, player settings, CTAs, chapters, and stats history.

What you can do now
  • Click Replace Video in Vid Settings → Vid Info and upload a new file or import directly from Google Drive or Dropbox
  • Choose whether to publish automatically once transcoding completes or hold the new version to preview and adjust first
  • Keep your stats by default — or reset them if you're starting fresh with the new file
  • While the new file processes, your original video keeps playing for viewers — no downtime, no "processing" errors
  • Your embed code, URL, CTAs, chapters, and tags all carry over automatically
Try it:
Vid Settings → Vid Info → Replace Video
Note:
Captions are dropped on replacement and the AI transcript is regenerated automatically. Custom thumbnails are preserved; auto-generated ones are refreshed from the new file. Replacing a file cannot be undone — the previous file cannot be restored. If a CTA or chapter timestamp falls outside the new video's duration, review and adjust it manually after the swap. Available on all plans.
