Enterprise accounts can now split a single Vidalytics account into isolated Workspaces — each with its own videos, analytics, users, permissions, and integrations. One subscription, fully separated brands.
What you can do now
- Create dedicated Workspaces for each brand, client, or department — videos, folders, analytics, integrations, and API keys stay completely separate between Workspaces
- Add users to specific Workspaces — team members only see what they belong to, with roles and permissions configured per Workspace
- Copy permissions from another user — including the same user in a different Workspace — to avoid rebuilding permission sets from scratch
- Switch between Workspaces from the sidebar user menu — the active Workspace is always clearly labeled with its emoji and name
- Review bandwidth and video storage usage broken down per Workspace in Payment Settings
- Set a separate Industry per Workspace so benchmarks reflect each brand individually
- Keep API keys and integrations scoped per Workspace — the same third-party account can be connected independently across multiple Workspaces

Available on Enterprise plans as a paid add-on — $250/mo includes 3 Workspaces; $75/mo for each additional one. Existing Enterprise accounts are automatically migrated into a Default Workspace with no action required. Workspace deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — all videos, analytics, and user permissions inside are removed. Cross-Workspace content migration is coming soon.
